CATS College is a private educational institution preparing to enter British universities. The college is part of the Cambridge Education Group (Cambridge Education Group), which was founded in 1952. It includes a number of language schools and educational institutions preparing for higher education.

CATS College has three branches - in London, Cambridge and Canterbury. Summer courses take place at Cambridge and Canterbury. Pupils from more than 80 countries of the world study here annually.

CATS Cambridge is located in the university city of Cambridge, with a long academic tradition and a vibrant student life. Cambridge is an hour's drive from London.

CATS Canterbury is located in the famous historic town of Canterbury, a 1.5-hour drive from London.

STEM

Program at Cambridge.
The minimum level of English is B2.

A program for science-minded students who want to understand how science, mathematics, and programming work in real life.

The program includes the following classes:

  • Applied mathematics and its possibilities in solving engineering and technological problems
  • Programming
  • Experimental chemistry
  • Study of materials
  • During the training, a physical and engineering competition is held between teams: each team solves a practical problem together and presents its solution to the rest of the students.

Business, Finance and Economics (Bloomberg Market Concepts)

Program in London.
The minimum level of English is B2.

The program will help you understand complex and demanding professions: a financier and an economist. Professionally oriented lessons - students will receive advice from leading experts and understand whether this profession suits them. The program is ideal for high school students who want to learn about career prospects before taking certain subjects in their A level, International Baccalaureate or Foundation programs.

Model United Nations

Program at Canterbury.
The minimum level of English is B2.

The course provides a unique opportunity to explore the world of international relations in a fun and interactive way. The course will examine a range of topical areas from the disciplines of history, politics, law, economics, geography, psychology and the natural sciences. The course will include lectures, group work to discuss issues raised and build and develop points of view, and self-study when students have time to build portfolios and work on presentations. The course will also include educational visits such as a trip to a local university or the British Library to conduct research. The program will conclude with a final United Nations conference.

ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD

Cambridge:

The campus is 2.5 acres and is a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Cambridge, surrounded by beautiful parks and a river. On the campus, high-speed WI-FI with a restriction on visiting sites of non-children's subjects. WIFI turns off late in the evening so that the children relax.

Accommodation in a residence where excellent living conditions are created. There are 230 single rooms and several double rooms. The rooms are made in a university style and furnished with modern furniture, each room has a shower and toilet. The residence has shared lounges for students, a spacious kitchen and laundry facilities. Children are supervised by staff around the clock. There is a medical centre on campus.

Three meals a day in the school cafeteria. The menu is different every day. There is a cafe where you can buy snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Canterbury:

Living in a residence in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. There are two residences for children of different ages on the campus:

Raemore House (up to 16 years old): a cosy English house with a large garden and a living room. 18 rooms: single and double, almost all with shower and toilet. The residence is ideally located between the city centre and the College. There is a large seating area with a TV, a games room, a kitchen and a dining room. Each room has a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

St Lawrence House (16-17 years old): a new residence located very close to the College and a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. All rooms are single, spacious and bright, with shower and toilet. There is a laundry room. On the territory of the residence there is WI-FI.

SPORT

Sport allows students to stay awake and active throughout the entire training period. To maintain team spirit, competitions are held, including between colleges.
